  • When will I receive an IPIN?

It will be emailed to the email address you supplied during the registration process for the Online Service soon after you have completed the entire registration process including payment.

During the registration process, for players who are not currently in the ITF’s active player database (i.e. have never played or have not played in an ITF Junior Circuit, Pro Circuit, Seniors Circuit or NEC Wheelchair Tennis Tour tournament in the last two years) the application process may take up to ten days, possibly longer during periods when the ITF London Offices are closed.

Please also note that if a player submits their IPIN request after 1700hrs (UK time), the request will not be authorised before 0900hrs (UK time) on the following working day at the earliest.

If you are concerned about the length of time it is taking to process your application, please contact the ITF (visit the "
Contact Us" section on the website for our contact details).

  • I have only registered to use my IPIN on the ITF Junior Circuit, how can I enter into ITF Pro Circuit tournaments?

All you need to do is log into your IPIN account as normal, then go to My Profile > Registration Details and select to register for ITF Pro Circuits and pay the appropriate fee. You will then need to log out of your account for about 30 minutes whilst your upgrade request is automatically processed.

  • I have not received any emails containing information about my IPIN , can I obtain it any other way?

The only way to obtain your IPIN is via email, which is sent to your registered address. If after requesting your IPIN you do not receive any emails from the ITF it is possible that your email account has been set up to filter or delete emails from addresses that it does not recognise. You should amend your settings in order to receive these important IPIN emails.

Another easy way to ensure you receive emails from the ITF is to add the ipin@itftennis.com email address to your address book. By doing this, any email with the same domain name, i.e. itftennis.com, will be accepted.

Should you still experience problems, please contact the ITF (visit the "
Contact Us" section on the website for our contact details).

  • Can I change my IPIN registered email address?

Players registered for an IPIN Membership can alter their personal email address whenever they wish by logging onto the IPIN website and providing new information. This is essential to ensure that you continue to receive important emails from the IPIN system.

  • I have forgotten my IPIN and/or password after registering for IPIN Membership, how can I get this information?

Players who forget their IPIN and/or password after registering for an IPIN Membership must first check their email inbox and find the emails that got sent to them when they first registered as they contain all the relevant details. Players that have lost these emails or deleted them by accident may ask for their IPIN and/or password to be reissued online by clicking on the “Forgotten your IPIN / Password?” link on the log-in page. Players will be asked to enter some security details – if entered correctly their IPIN and new password will be sent directly to their registered email address.

If neither of these options work please contact the ITF by telephone or email and provide the “Answer” to the “Secret Question” set up during the IPIN Membership registration process. On receipt of the correct “Answer”, an email containing a new password and IPIN will be sent to that player’s personal email address.

Players are then permitted to alter their password to a personal choice when they next log in to their IPIN account.
