The ITF Ethics Commission was formed in 2019 to uphold the organisation's commitment to integrity, governance and transparency. It defines, reviews and enforces the framework of ethical principles outlined in the ITF Code of Ethics.

Commission members
The Chair and members of the Commission are drawn from outside tennis' stakeholders, ensuring independence, and are appointed for a four-year term
Sandra Osborne SC is Chair of the ITF Ethics Commission and its Election and Eligibility Panel. She is President of the Barbados Olympic Association Inc and Vice President of the Commonwealth Games Federation and Chair of its Sports Committee. A member of the Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission of the International Olympic Committee, she also serves as a member of the Legal Commissions of the Association of National Olympic Committees and Panam Sports and is Chair of the Juridical Commission of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees. Professionally, Sandra is a Senior Counsel of Barbados and a Chartered Governance Professional with over 45 years of experience.
The Code of Ethics applies to the ITF President, the Board of Directors, all Committee, Commission and Taskforce members, and the Chief Operating Officer. During an election year, the candidates are also bound by the Code, and the election-specific Candidate Rules. Election Panel
The Election Panel is responsible for ensuring that the ITF Presidential and Board of Directors elections, which take place every four years, are conducted fairly and with integrity. Ms Osborne, Mr Howman and Ms Naidoo form the panel
