IPIN is the ITF’s online service that allows players competing on the ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors to enter and withdraw from ITF tournaments, and effectively manage their competition schedule
All players competing on the World Tennis Tour Juniors require an IPIN membership.
Players who register for IPIN membership will receive their own unique IPIN, which will remain the same throughout their career playing in ITF tournaments.
The IPIN online service provides calendar information, instant tournament entry and withdrawal, online payments, entry status and tournament schedules 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available in English, French and Spanish.

Do I need an IPIN account to compete in ITF WTT Juniors tournaments?
All tournament entries and withdrawals for ITF WTT Juniors tournaments must be submitted via a player’s IPIN account. Please follow these steps to create your IPIN account:
Once the IPIN account is created players will also need to have completed four Mandatory education courses within ITF Academy in order for access to IPIN to be granted. IPIN will guide players to ITF Academy in order to complete these courses.
A fifth mandatory course will need to be completed if the player reaches the top 500 of the WTT Juniors rankings.
Can a player have multiple IPIN accounts?
No a player must only ever have one IPIN account throughout the entirety of their tennis career. If a player was to create a second IPIN account this would have negative consequences for a number of ITF products/services. For example the player’s ITF ranking, WTN and National Ranking would become inaccurate and they may be unable to continue to use their existing IPIN for Regional Association tournaments (Tennis Europe/COSAT/ATF).
I have accidentally created a second IPIN account. What should I do?
Contact juniors@itftennis.com providing both IPINs, if known. The Juniors department will merge the two accounts and notify you of the remaining IPIN and registered email address.
All match data and IPIN subscriptions will be transferred to the remaining account.
I no longer have access to my IPIN registered email address. Can I change my registered email address?
A player can change their IPIN registered email address to another email address, provided it is not currently registered for any other ITF product or service. Please follow these steps:
If you are unable to login to your IPIN account you will need to send the following to juniors@itftennis.com:
If you cannot remember which email address is currently registered to your account please send an encrypted photo* of the player’s passport. The Juniors department can then update the email address registered to your IPIN account.
* An encrypted photo of the passport simply means password protected. Passports are requested encrypted to protect confidential player information.
I am unable to login to my IPIN account. What should I do?
Please check the following if you are unable to login to your IPIN account:
If you have confirmed the above and are still unable to login to IPIN please send the following to juniors@itftennis.com:
I have forgotten the password for my IPIN account. How do I reset the password?
When resetting the password for your account this must be done with the IPIN registered email address in order to be successful. You can initiate the password reset process from here by clicking on “Reset password”. When verifying your email address please check in your Junk/Spam folder for the email address with the verification code as this email is automatically generated and is often filtered into the Junk/Spam folder by email providers.
Every time I log in to IPIN I am directed to ITF Academy. Why is this?
Players will be redirected to ITF Academy by IPIN if the account is not recognised as having completed the Mandatory Education Courses. All players from 13 to 18 years of age with an active IPIN Juniors subscription are required to complete the ITF Academy Mandatory education courses in order to be able to access IPIN. A detailed guide on ITF Academy registration and how to complete the mandatory courses can be found here. Note you must have ensured that you have logged in to ITF Academy with the IPIN registered email address prior to completing the course.
Which ITF Academy Courses do I need to complete?
There are four Mandatory Courses that can be accessed with the following links:
ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors (1) - Pre-Tournament
ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors (2) - During Competition
An Introduction to Values and Integrity in Tennis
Safeguarding ITF Junior Players
Top 500 ITF WTT Juniors - Player Education (mandatory only for players who achieve a top 500 ITF WTT Juniors ranking)
You must have ensured that you have already logged in to ITF Academy with the IPIN registered email address prior to clicking on the above links in order to be taken directly to the courses you need to complete.
I am having problems entering or withdrawing online. What should I do?
If you are having problems entering or withdrawing, you must contact the ITF immediately before the relevant deadline so that we can assist you further. All entries/withdrawals must be submitted via a player’s IPIN account. In exceptional cases players can also download entry/withdrawal forms from here and send the form to the ITF Juniors department. This must be submitted before the relevant deadline. Entry forms received after an Entry Deadline will not be accepted, withdrawal forms submitted after a Withdrawal Deadline will be considered a Late Withdrawal, and subject to the usual penalties as per Appendix D – CODE OF CONDUCT FOR ITF WORLD TENNIS TOUR JUNIORS TOURNAMENTS, Article II: Entry Offences of the ITF WTT Junior Regulations.
My account details are incorrect. How do I change my name/gender/date of birth/email address/nationality?
Please send your First Name, Family Name, IPIN, and an encrypted photo* of the players passport to juniors@itftennis.com. The Juniors department will make the necessary change(s) to your account.
* An encrypted photo of the passport simply means password protected. Passports are requested encrypted to protect confidential player information.
How do I renew my IPIN subscription?
Players can renew their Juniors subscription once they are within 3 months of expiry for their current subscription. Once they are within 3 months until their current subscription expires, they can renew their subscription by following these steps:
If the subscription has already expired, then the player will be prompted to select a Tour to subscribe to when they next log in to IPIN.
Can I add a Pro IPIN subscription to my existing Juniors IPIN subscription?
Players can add a Pro subscription to their existing Juniors subscription by following these steps:
How long does an IPIN subscription last?
An IPIN subscription will be active for twelve months from the date of the payment. If the player has a current active subscription when the payment is made, the new subscription will expire twelve months after the previous active subscription was due to expire.
How much does an IPIN subscription cost?
An IPIN Juniors subscription costs $60. If the player has already paid for a Pro subscription ($75) then the player would not be required to pay $60 to add the Juniors subscription to their account. This is added free of charge.
WorldPay is rejecting my payment card. Can I pay another way?
All IPIN subscription payments must be made via IPIN. If a payment fails, we recommend players try using an alternative payment method, or an alternative payment card. If the player is still unable to make the payment successfully then they will need to contact WorldPay for assistance.
Payment issues may also be caused by the cache data stored on your browser. Please clear the cached data on your browser, and ensure you are using one of the following supported browsers:
I have paid for a Juniors IPIN subscription but I have not received my IPIN and cannot log in to my account. How do I access my account?
If you completed the Juniors IPIN subscription payment successfully, you would have received a payment confirmation email from Worldpay. This code is also provided by IPIN on the screen at the time you complete your payment. Please share the WorldPay payment code with juniors@itftennis.com, including confirming with which email address you used to make your IPIN payment. The ITF Juniors department can then assist you further.
I have paid to renew my Juniors IPIN subscription but I am stuck on the IPIN subscription processing page. What should I do?
If you have paid for a Juniors IPIN renewal and the IPIN site appears to be stuck on the payment processing page, please contact juniors@itftennis.com providing the following information:
I have accidentally added a Wheelchair IPIN subscription to my account and can no longer enter ITF WTT Juniors tournaments. How do I fix this?
A player will be unable to renew their IPIN Juniors subscription if they have a Wheelchair subscription.
