The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has today announced the return of its Advantage All Reward and Recognition Programme for 2024.
The programme is dedicated to advancing gender equality within tennis globally by encouraging nations to adopt initiatives that champion inclusivity. Open to all 213 ITF member National Associations, the programme focuses on leadership, coaching and officiating to achieve gender parity both on and off the court.
Outstanding projects will be awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards, with additional recognition for Highly Commended projects from ITF National Association Development Criteria Tier. Monetary contributions range from $1000 to $5000, and Gold winners will be honoured at the ITF Annual General Meeting in October 2024.
The assessment process will evaluate projects based on their alignment with the five Advantage All pillars; Empower, Balance, Culture, Value and Voice. The programme aims to highlight projects making a significant difference to women within National Associations.
In 2023, Canada, Australia and New Zealand secured top honours, while Bhutan, Ecuador, Seychelles, Sweden, Austria, China, the United States, and Great Britain received commendations.
The 2024 Advantage All Reward and Recognition Program underscores the ITF’s commitment to fostering gender equality in tennis, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
