The nations at the Finals have navigated qualifying events in five regions – Asia/Oceania, Europe, Africa, South America and North/Central America and the Caribbean – while Turkiye qualify automatically as hosts.

All teams at the Finals will contest round-robin groups for the first three days of competition. Following a planned day off, nations will then compete in three further ties for the final three days to determine final positions from 1st to 16th. All teams will compete in six ties during the seven days.

Czechia are the current Davis Cup Juniors Champions, having overcome Italy 2-1 in last year’s final in Cordoba, Spain thanks to a decisive doubles victory from Maxim Mrva and Jan Kumstat.

In the Billie Jean King Cup Juniors event, the United States will be the team to beat having won their eighth title in Cordoba last year with victory over Czechia. Victories for Tyra Caterina Grant and Iva Jovic capped a sensational week for the team, who romped to the title without dropping  a set.

Previous winning teams have featured players who have gone on to excel at the top of the game including Rafael Nadal (Spain, 2002), Ashleigh Barty (Australia, 2011), Felix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov (Canada, 2015), Iga Swiatek (Poland, 2016), Carlos Alcaraz (Spain, 2018) and Coco Gauff (USA, 2018).

The players who will compete for the nations will be confirmed w/c 16 September.
