David Haggerty was elected President of the ITF on 25 September 2015, and re-elected for two further four-year terms on 27 September 2019 and 24 September 2023. He previously served as Chairman, CEO and President of the USTA Board of Directors, and Chairman of the US Open and was on the USTA board for 10 years
