The French Riviera Open was the fourth of the scheduled Super Series tournaments on the 2023 UNIQLO Wheelchair Tennis Tour and, as such, one of the top tier of wheelchair tennis tournaments outside of the four Grand Slams.
Gustavo Fernandez (ARG), Diede de Groot (NED) and Niels Vink (NED) won the men's, women's and quad singles titles at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in Biot this year.

There was no women's singles final as 2023 champion Diede de Groot was awarded a walkover.
