The ITF Beach Tennis World Championships will take place in Terracina, Italy on 16-25 September 2022, with the showcase men's and women's doubles events starting on 20 September.
It's the third time Terracina will stage the event, having hosted in both 2019 and 2021.
The World Championships are the most prestigious annual tournament on the Beach Tennis calendar. With 550 ranking points on offer for the winning teams, it also awards the most ranking points each year.
In addition to the men’s and women’s doubles, there will be categories for all passionate beach players to enter. These include boys' and girls' doubles, professional mixed doubles, and several age group categories.
