The Beach Tennis World Cup (formerly known as the Beach Tennis World Team Championship) is a mixed competition in which nations compete against each other as a team. Each team is comprised of two men and two women, with ties consisting of a men’s doubles, women’s doubles and a mixed doubles match.
Brazil hosted the event for the first time in 2021, taking over from the Russian Tennis Federation who had hosted the Tour's flagship team competition since its inception in 2012, and made the most of home advantage to defeat Italy 2-0 in the final and secure their fourth World Cup, adding to their victories in 2013, 2018 and 2019.
