Marcos Baghdatis, of Cyprus, won the boys' singles event at the 2003 Orange Bowl after defeating France's Gael Monfils 4-6 7-5 6-2 in the final. Czech youngster Nicole Vaidisova won the girls' event with a 5-7 6-4 6-3 triumph over American Neha Uberoi

Baghdatis and Vaidisova joined an illustrious list of former winners of the tournament, including the likes of Chris Evert (1969-70), Gabriela Sabatini (1984), Anna Kournikova (1995), Roger Federer (1998), Andy Roddick (1999) and Caroline Wozniacki (2005).
