Tournament info

Since 2009 the Wiesbaden Tennis Open has been part of the ITF Women’s World Tennis Tour.

Today, the tournament is one of the top six German ITF tournaments and many well-known and successful players (Siegemund, Alexandrova, Martincova, Sevastova, Martic, Krejcikova, Burel and Bondar) have taken advantage of the tournament as a part of their preparation for Roland Garros.

Its new location at the T2 Sports Health Club, one of the largest sports facilities in the Rhine-Main area, provides clay courts identical to the surface used at Roland Garros. The event occupies a place in the calendar between WTA tournaments in Madrid and Rome.

The site’s extraordinary facilities – gym, pool, spa, practice courts, and excellent catering – offers ideal conditions for players as well as for spectators, providing excellent conditions for high-class tennis.
