The women's “Internazionali del Friuli Venezia Giulia” will take place from the 30 July-6 August and it will reach its 8th edition this year. The tournament qualifiers will take place with a roster of 32 players over 30-31 July. The main event will start on Monday afternoon with 32 international players for the singles and 16 players for the doubles. For the second year the tournament will offer 60k in prize money attracting to the region some of the best players from all over the world.
Past winners include the 2019 champion Arantxa Rus who is currently 130 in the WTA rankings and in 2022 Panna Udvardy triumphed and she is currently ranked 86 by the WTA.
